Just checking in to say that my knee reconstruction surgery was a success! Now to go through the many months of physiotherapy and recovery. As of now I’m currently bored out of my mind, but it’s all part of the healing process, right?! 🩵

I fully intend on being back behind the camera as soon as I’m capable! It just all depends on recovery and how soon I get my strength and balance back. I will update in August/September (hopefully) if I’m ready to start taking photoshoot clients again. I’ll be sure to post some nature photos between now and then. ☺️

Hi folks! I have a little update and I thought it was time to share. I will be having knee surgery in a little over 3 weeks. This surgery will correct the misalignment in my leg and enhance my quality of life. While I’m bummed to be missing out on this upcoming photography season, the timing is as good as it’s going to get.

I will be “out of commission” starting late May but will be returning behind the camera for weddings in August. It is my hope to be recovered enough to offer regular fall photos… with a spring in my step!

I appreciate every single one of you, this business wouldn’t be possible without your support! This is just a little hiccup in the road and I’m anxious to have it over and done with.

I’ve had some inquiries for fall photoshoots (family, couples, grad, etc.) but I don’t start booking until August once I know my school schedule! Thank you for your continued interest though 💛
