The giggles. The silly faces. The snuggles. The way little eyes light up when Santa knows their name. ❤️🎅

Looking back at last year’s Santa Experience, I couldn’t resist sharing a few of my favourites. So many beautiful families, so much personality, and SO much Christmas magic.

And yes… our same wonderful Santa is back this year! 🎄✨

These aren’t just quick photos with Santa. They’re little moments — laughing together, whispering Christmas wishes, reading with Santa, being silly, and sometimes just taking it all in. And in between it all, we create some truly beautiful family portraits too.

There’s something incredibly special about photographing a family year after year.

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of photographing this beautiful family for over 10 years — from those early newborn days, through milestones, growing little spunky personalities, and now into the lovely humans they’re becoming.

It’s hard to believe how quickly the years pass. And while we don’t always notice the changes as they’re happening, photographs have this wonderful way of holding onto all those little chapters for us.

This is one of the things I love most about family photography — creating a collection of memories that grows right alongside your family. And it truly is such an honour when families continue to trust me with those memories year after year.

With another beautiful family photography season just around the corner, I’m now booking family sessions for this coming autumn.

If it’s been a while since your last family photo — or somehow those little ones aren’t quite so little anymore — perhaps this is the year.

A few weeks behind with this beautiful sneak peek, but this one was definitely worth sharing.

I always feel such a huge sense of honour when a family trusts me to capture one of these “legacy” sets of images — multiple generations together, in one place, for some very overdue family photos.

This session was even more special because it was all a surprise birthday gift for Bubbie! And the hilarity, laughter and chaos that came along with getting everyone together had all of us in stitches.

These are the sessions I love so much. The photos are beautiful, of course, but it’s the people, the relationships, the laughter and all those little moments in between that make them something a family will have forever. ❤️

Another beautiful family session from last week.

I've had the privilege of photographing this wonderful family for over twelve years, and it's hard to believe how quickly time has flown.

Despite a broken toe, a broken wrist, and skies that threatened rain all evening, we shared a session filled with laughter, easy conversation, and so many genuine moments. It felt less like work and more like catching up with old friends on a peaceful walk through nature, preserving this chapter of their story together.

The sweetest little 5-week-old baby boy came into the studio last week for his newborn session. While this is a little on the "older" side for the newborn photos we typically create, he absolutely understood the assignment and was an absolute gem from start to finish!

Both Mom and Dad are actively serving our country, so a military-themed session was the perfect way to honour their family's story. I had so much fun bringing this setup to life, and this sweet boy made every moment easy.

A heartfelt thank you to all the dedicated men and women who work, serve, and protect our country each and every day. Your commitment and sacrifice are deeply appreciated. ❤️

Lets start this Monday morning with a beautiful share of one of my favourite sessions last week! These young graduates are going places and talking with them, sharing their adventures planned for this summer and beyond was just so inspiring.

One of the best parts of photographing them both as the sweetness and kind nature both of them had and it shows in their photos!
