When Savannah's grad session rolled around, the rain was coming down, and if I'm honest, we were all wondering how this was going to work. 🌧️😅

We had been hoping for lush greenery and beautiful outdoor locations, but Mother Nature had other plans.
And wow... am I ever glad she did.

What felt like a setback turned into the biggest blessing. The soft light, the moody skies, the dreamy atmosphere... everything came together in a way we couldn't have planned if we tried. These images are proof that sometimes the unexpected creates something even more beautiful. 😍

Savannah, you absolutely shined. It was such a joy capturing this exciting season of your life, and I couldn't be more excited for all that's ahead of you.

Wishing you the very best in your next chapter and the adventure of a lifetime as you travel abroad! You have a fun and exciting future ahead of you!

✨ Brand Shoot Feature: Jeska ✨

Vibrant. Grounded. Completely herself.

This session with Jeska was such a good reminder that the best brand photos don’t come from trying to look a certain way… they come from showing up as you actually are.

If you’ve got a brand shoot coming up (or one on your vision board), here are 5 ways to show up authentically 👇

1️⃣ Get clear on your message, not just your outfits
Before you think about colors or poses, ask: What do I want people to feel when they land on my page? Confidence? Warmth? Authority? Let that lead everything else.

2️⃣ Wear what makes you forget about your clothes
If you’re adjusting, pulling, or second-guessing—your body language will show it. Comfort = confidence. Always.

3️⃣ Bring pieces that actually exist in your real life
Your notebook, coffee mug, laptop, tools of your trade... these details help tell a story that feels believable and lived-in (because it is).

4️⃣ Don’t perform...connect.
You don’t need to “act on.” Talk. Laugh. Think. Breathe. The most powerful images usually happen between the posed moments.

5️⃣ Trust the process (and your photographer 😉)
You don’t have to know how to pose or what to do with your hands...that’s my job! Your job is just to show up as yourself.
