There’s something really special about being able to pour back into the next generation. ❤️
For the second time now, I’ve had the opportunity to welcome a student co-op placement from Sackville High School into my business, and it has honestly been such a rewarding experience.
As a business owner, mentorship opportunities like this are incredibly valuable.
Watching young people grow, ask questions, step outside their comfort zones, and build skills for their future is something I don’t take lightly. It’s important that we nurture and support our youth, especially when they’re exploring their passions, potential careers and especially entrepreneurship.
This co-op student was absolutely wonderful to mentor. Hardworking, kind, eager to learn, and such a positive addition to the environment. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience.
A huge thank you as well to Sackville High School for hosting today’s student-led luncheon. It was such a thoughtful event and a great way to celebrate the partnership between students, schools, and local businesses.
Investing in youth matters. And I truly believe these opportunities help shape confident, capable future leaders. 🙌✨
