Sweet Raisin, you truly were one in a million.

I loved you from the very first moment I met you, dressed in your adorable little red parka. You had such a beautiful life with your amazing mom and dad, and over the years, I came to adore them just as much as I adored you. I always loved seeing the photos and videos they shared and feeling like I could follow along with all of your funny little adventures.

I was genuinely thrilled every time I heard you were coming to see me for photos. I’m especially grateful that we had the opportunity to do a full session together at . There were so many wonderful moments, so much laughter, and memories I will always treasure.

I never imagined that your Halloween photos would be the last ones I would take of you. I truly thought we would have many more sessions and adventures together.

Raisin, you were funny, sweet, unforgettable, and deeply loved. You were the sweetest little flying potato, and you will always have a very special place in my heart. So will your wonderful mom and dad.

Did you know entries and voting for our 2027 Tails & Ales calendar end July 17th? That means you only have ONE WEEK left to make your dog a star! 💃🤩

Does your furry friend rock their hair better than Tessa? 💁‍♀️ Do they have what it takes to outshine Molly and her adorable bowtie? 🎀 Are they as sophisticated as Snicker, with his paws crossed like the polite and dapper gentleman he is? 🎩

If you answered "YES" to any of these questions, then you need to enter ASAP. Once you've done that, make sure to tell your friends and family to vote! The top dogs at the end of the voting period will be featured in the calendar and get to participate in a professional photoshoot by the one and only Your Dog's Photographer.

We currently have just over 30 Memorial Squares left, as well, if you'd like a special way to commemorate your friend who has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. 🌈

We've been working on something special behind the scenes and we're finally ready to share it... Happy's Place is releasing a 2027 calendar - and we need YOUR help! 🤩

We're teaming up with the fabulous Joanne Merner from Your Dog's Photographer to create a local brewery-themed calendar, featuring the dogs of our wonderful supporters! 🐶

It's simple: head to the official contest website (linked below) and click on the "Enter Contest" button, so you can submit an image of your pup for consideration. From there, it's up to everyone else to decide who they want to see in the calendar, so make sure to tell your friends and family to vote for your dog. Each person can vote as little or as much as they want!

*Note there's a $20 submission fee, while votes cost $1 each.

For those wanting to honour a furry friend who's crossed the rainbow bridge, we're also selling Memorial Squares. 💙🌈 For $10, you can purchase one of 76 spots to keep their memories alive and to allow us all to remember them.
