I haven't made this dish in 10 years! Between 2014 -16 I made thousands of these 3-bean toastadas🔥

Same but different. I also realized I hadn't made guac in a very long time. When I worked on the food truck, which taught me most everything I know about cooking, I made these to order.

Good and s**t memories in that job, but even the s**t ended up being really good life lessons.

A place that allowed me to create
To play and reflect

See a hobbit's house
Have dinner with my parents
Watch the stars light the dark skies

~Tonight my feet
Deserve a rest
