It’s time to introduce myself on a different level. I speak a lot about creating content, because thats something I repeatedly hear my clients say they need a hand with… but you’ll also hear me talk about building a personal brand with clarity and conviction and the CONFIDENCE you’ll need to do that.

Confidence isn’t something most people recognize they need. Lack of confidence shows up in different ways: putting things off, not being willing to hire out, asking for the sale, showing your face on social media. It is however, the thing that keeps a lot of people stuck in their business.

The good news? Personal confidence and business confidence go hand in hand and BOTH can be learned by doing .

There’s always a business analogy!

Today’s take: if you are just now starting to use social media as a way to promote your business online, do not be discouraged when you don’t have a dozen followers knocking down your door after posting your first reel.

Keep talking to your ideal client, and they will overtime find you. People definitely watch you and learn to trust you a bit before they open their wallets with you, so just commit to Start, to be consistent, and to post some content that will be useful for the people you would most like to work with..

If you don’t plan for it, it doesn’t happen.

The biggest thing I hear from people, next to I have no idea what to post, is I know I should be posting but I never make the time.

Sound familiar?

Getting into a regular cadence of posting his one of the single most important things you can do. Whether you are comfortable posting a reel on Instagram every day, or batch in content once a month and only pushing them out once a week, is up to you, but consistency is key

Come follow along as I do this!
During the summer I started a yap challenge, but fell off a little earlier than I had planned. Rather than beat myself up I am picking up Wright where I left off and I plan to show up in a little bit different way for my clients this fall.

Your first one is going to be bad.
Mine was, everyone’s was, and there is no version of this where you skip that part.

Bad first reels aren’t evidence you can’t do it — they’re the toll. Ten of them and you won’t recognise yourself. But there’s no route to ten that doesn’t go through one.
