A couple of absolute cuties! They really wanted to document their love in the autumn season as it’s their favourite time of year, with hopes of eventually showing their children these photos. These two were so easy to talk to, and really they’re just such a kind and intelligent pair. And made my job so easy! I kept telling them how good they looked and how stunning the light was 🤩
I could have chatted with them for hours! I’m so happy we had such a gorgeous fall evening for their session. It was such a pleasure spending time with them!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!

I’m feeling especially thankful this year as it’s been one of my busiest since starting my business in fall of 2018. I wouldn’t be where I am without so many of you choosing to support me and trust me in documenting your lives, your friends and family, and your precious moments. I am so appreciative of everyone who has interacted with my business in any way. I’m so looking forward to the future and excited to keep doing what I love. This job is an incredible one and it’s so fun to meet new people. It’s such a privilege to be involved in your lives. THANK YOU!!
And a huge thank you to my husband for constantly showing up for our little family and spending time with our girls when I’m out shooting. He always makes sure to be home when I’m having to leave ❤️

It’s been way too long since I shared a new blog post so here’s a favourite wedding from last summer! The last of my 2025 busy season. These two are so special! What a stunning day it was.

Leisha and Keith were married on Keith’s parents farm outside of Red Deer, Alberta last summer. It was my last wedding of busy season and boy was it the perfect celebration to end the summer of 2025! I really enjoyed this sweet and slow session with S+B! It was so fun shooting in a new location and I loved getting to know these two better. Couldn’t have asked for a more down to earth (and handsome!) couple to spend an evening with!

Oh my goshhh this wedding day was everything! Mikayla and Chase are incredible. This day has been in the works for years and was delayed by a year once they found out they were expecting their second babe. I’m just so happy for them. The saying, “to know them is to love them” is exactly what I would say to describe these two. They have such an amazing group of family and friends too. Everyone was so very happy for them all day long! The partying and celebrating was an absolute blast later on! 🥳
Thank you M+C for having me! I had the best day with you two! Can not wait to see where the future takes you two ❤️

From a favourite rainy wedding day this summer. These two are the best.
It’s hard to believe that summer is just about over! Although the fall season is always the most beautiful and definitely the busiest. Everyone wants those fall colours and the last bit of summer warmth. Here’s to you photographers who also have to push through until we slow down again for the winter 🫶🏻

Dawson reached out back in November of 2025 asking me to be a part of his proposal plans for his beautiful Haylee! 🥹💕 I, of course, was SO excited for them and felt honoured that he asked me. We messaged back and forth a bunch, wanting to figure out the perfect plan, and in a location that would be private and beautiful. The UofA Botanic Garden was that perfect spot.
Dawson had it booked for 8 am on a Saturday morning which meant waking up very early to be there! The sunrise that morning was unreal. I arrived half an hour early as I really didn’t wanna mess anything up 😂 it was a chilly, rainy morning, but the sun actually came through for a little part of their morning together! I don’t think it could have been any more perfect. Haylee and Dawson are such a hardworking power couple! They’re full of laughs and adventure, lots of time travelling and exploring together. They are both so down to earth. I couldn’t be happier for them as they start this next chapter together 🥹 thank you thank you for having me be a part of this! You two are the best and deserve the world!
