MEET MRS. SUPERSTAR ⭐🐾
This sweet girl is Mrs. Yep that’s her actual name but I’ve nicknamed her Mrs. Superstar because she absolutely aced her assignment, modelling for the camera like an absolute pro!

There were so many wonderful images captured of this sweet little girl it’s hard to chose which to showcase but these are just a few of my favourites.

Her mom chose to cherish these memories with a beautiful reveal box filled with fine art prints of her favourite images, along with a gorgeous piece of wall art that will bring smiles and joy each time she walks past it.

I think Mrs. Superstar did a pretty fabulous job. 🤩💛

Honoured & Grateful 🙏
I’m am thrilled to share that all seven of my submitted images received awards in this year’s International Pet Photography Awards.

This year also marked another milestone as I earned Associate Accreditation, recognizing consistent award-winning work over multiple years.

While I am truly grateful for the recognition, one of the most valuable parts of the experience is the thoughtful feedback I receive from the judges on every image I submit. That feedback is an important part of my learning journey, helping me refine my craft and continue growing as a photographer.

I will continue to challenge myself, keep learning, and strive to create the very best images I can for the wonderful people who trust me to capture the pets they love.

Thank you International Pet Photography Awards, the judges for their time and valuable feedback, and most of all to my incredible clients. Your trust, support, and willingness to step in front of my camera make achievements like these possible.

Here’s to continuing the journey and celebrating the incredible bond between people and their pets. ❤️🐾

MEET CLAPTON-Yes like Eric! 🎸🐾
This handsome boy’s session took place on his own property, where he was free to romp, run, and simply be himself.

It’s easy to see why he’s his mom’s best boy. Add the most beautiful evening light, and everything came together to create a little bit of magic.

Spending the evening with this special boy and his mom was so much fun!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY OZZIE! 🥳🐾
While editing some older photographs, I came across this one of Ozzie and noticed something I hadn’t seen before. Among the bokeh surrounding him is a tiny heart shape. I didn’t create it, add it or enhance it in editing. It simply appeared when I pressed the shutter, unbeknownst to me at the time.

As I worked on bringing this image to life through my editing, that little heart became so meaningful to me. It just seemed so symbolic and perfectly fitting, as Ozzie has been one of the great loves of my life. He’s been my constant companion, my inspiration, my little shadow, and the heart behind so much of what eventually became Sunnie Days Pet Photography. So it’s not surprising to me that a heart-shaped bokeh found its way into his portrait. 💛

It also reminds me of the message that keeps me passionate about my work and has always been at the heart of Sunnie Days Pet Photography: Celebrate the love that lights up your life. The ones who love us unconditionally and leave paw prints on our hearts forever. The ones who faithfully wait for us each day and greet us at the door. The ones who make ordinary days brighter simply by being in them. For me, Ozzie is one of those loves. And seeing that little heart reminds me just how lucky I am to have shared so many years, adventures, and memories with him.

Happy Birthday to my sweet boy. You are the light of my life. ❤️🐾

TULIPS & TINY PAWS
A few weeks ago, sweet Pitou and her mom wanted to go tiptoeing through the tulips. 🌷🐾

Because we caught the very last of the blooms, they were quite tall for this tiny tot. But with a little creativity and one very sweet and perfect model we made it work and captured some beautiful images as a result.

Spring is in full bloom, making it the perfect time to stop and smell the flowers with your furry best friend. If you’ve been thinking about a session of your own, now is the perfect time to start planning. 🌸🌺🌼🐾

And the Sunnie Days Top Model 2026 is… Audi! 🥳

Congratulations to Audi on being crowned this year’s Top Model. ⭐️

His family will receive a beautiful wall art piece handcrafted in Italy which will serve as a beautiful and lasting memory.

Thank you to everyone who voted and supported these beautiful furry babes, each one so special. It has been fun and very special for me to celebrate them in honour of my sweet Sunnie 💛
