I've been learning a lot from my shoots this year, and that's a pretty exciting thing. I started getting paid for my equine portraiture when I was a teenager in the early 2000s. Obviously a lot has changed for me since those early days - experience, skill, style, equipment - but to know that I'm still learning and growing a couple of decades later proves to me that the best is yet to come! Thank you so much to all of the wonderful people and horses I've photographed this year (and everyone else over the years who have loved my photos enough to hire me)!
