You ever have WAY too many photos to share that it’s extremely overwhelming and you don’t know where to start? Yup. I am there in the season 😂 First up in no particular order, but simply because it’s the latest wedding I shot this past Wednesday (yes, you read that right! KINDA CHIC to have a weekday wedding)! This beautiful wedding had me overshooting like a madwoman because this couple was adorable and every inch of this venue is stunning!

What an honour it was to capture M + K’s intimate wedding on the most stunning private property. 🤍

There was something so easy and genuine about this day. Just the two of them, their favourite people, and so many moments that felt effortlessly beautiful. It was such a joy to witness these two make it official and celebrate in a way that felt completely true to them.

I often get asked about studio sessions, so I thought I’d put together a post to help explain the process and share a few of my favourite studio spaces!
✨ A few things to know before booking:
1. Studio sessions must be booked for a minimum of one hour (unless I’m offering seasonal mini sessions at a specific studio).
2. Studio rental fees typically range from $90–$150/hour + HST, depending on the studio you choose.
3. Most studios do not offer refunds for missed studio time. However, some may provide a studio credit if sufficient notice is given for a cancellation (typically at least 72 hours).
✨ Which studio should you choose?
1. Melrose studio room (, Cambridge)
This is by far the most popular option. The space is incredibly versatile thanks to its larger layout, neutral tones, and variety of backdrops. It features a desk area, fireplace, archway, steps, and multiple seating options making it a great fit for almost any type of session.
2. Casa studio room (, Cambridge)
Casa offers cozy, minimal bedroom-inspired vibes and is a beautiful choice for intimate couples sessions, maternity photos, and lifestyle newborn sessions.
3. .studio (Elora)
Another favourite of mine! One side of the studio is styled as a clean, modern living space, while the other features a large white backdrop along with several additional backdrop colour options. It works beautifully for almost any type of session, and the backdrop setup is especially perfect if you’re looking for a clean, classic studio look.
4. (Toronto)
If you’re looking for something more elevated and luxurious, Mint Room Studios is an amazing choice. They offer multiple studio spaces, each with its own unique design and seasonal installations that are updated throughout the year, giving you a truly one-of-a-kind backdrop.
