Sometimes a single message reminds you why you do what you do.
"We haven't had pictures done since you did our Christmas ones. I have been holding out for you."
I actually had to read it twice. 🥹
As a photographer, there is no bigger compliment than knowing someone trusts you enough to wait. It isn't something I ever expect, and it's something I will always be thankful for.
Every session is more than just taking photos to me. It's preserving moments that families will look back on years from now, and the fact that so many of you choose me to do that is something I carry with so much gratitude.
