Listen, I know it’s 10,000 degrees out but at least that means we are getting beautiful golden hour sunsets like this!

I am OBSESSED with how this pre wedding session turned out for Ravyn and Zach! I can’t wait to be there for their big day in September 🌞

And of course we had to get a little throw back photo at the end - I first met Ravyn and Zach at my Christmas minis at Perch Bay a few years ago!

Some weddings are loud and wild. Some are soft and steady. Karri + Mark’s day in April felt like both in all the best ways 🤍

The kind of wedding that reminds me why I love documenting real moments so much. The happy tears, the chaos before the ceremony, the quiet little looks between everything else. Nothing forced. Just people completely present with each other.

Getting to tell stories like this is something I never take for granted. Thank you to every couple that trusts me to capture such a huge piece of their lives.

Hey friends - long time, no chat!

This tends to be the time of year where I get a little quiet on social media. Birthdays, university exam season, changes with my work life, and of course the holidays. But fear not, I have not put my camera away. I was actually out doing the Santa Claus family photos for the Kenora Library and I had so much fun!

I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you to everyone who helped support my small business this year. I started this journey in the middle of 2024, and now that I have been operational for over a year, I am just amazed with how much I have been able to grow thanks to your support.

This past year, I was invited to be a part of so many special events. I attended more weddings as a photographer than I have as a guest haha. I took newborn photos for a few special families and I hope they know how much I appreciate those opportunities - being a mom myself, I know how important those photos are. I was witness a 50th anniversary party with so much love, and it might have been one of my favourite events of the summer. And I got to take wedding pictures for my best friends parents wedding, good people I have known since I was a kid.

Long story short - this was such an amazing year and I owe it all to you guys. The ones who like, comment and share. And especially the ones who trust me with capturing their memories.

While I may be a bit quieter in the winter months, my books are still open! Please reach out to me if you are looking for a photographer, I would love to be a part of your special moment!

Gloomy raining days call for a post about warm summer sunsets 🌞

Jennifer and Liam travelled all the way from Guelph to have their intimate wedding with Liam’s Kenora family and I was so honored to be a part of this special day.
