Day 364, I think we're over the count down.
This reminds me of an Ansel Adams photo, though I could never profess to be as awesome as he was. At the time I took this photo, back in the 80's, I had no idea who he was. I think if that camera (AE1) had not been stolen from me I may have been an accomplished photographer by now. Not to toot my own horn but I know I have composition and lighting skills, and that's half the battle. It's just not the same with digital or a phone (for crying out loud!).
I hope you've enjoyed this year in the life of my photography, I know I have. Somedays were a struggle to find something at least half decent to put here, but that too was half a battle.

Day 363 of 365 yes, yes 366 this year. Still 3 more days to go, likely how long it would take you to walk from the point of view to the top of that distant mountain on the right. This was Jasper national park in the 80's.

Oxymoron
Although Key West, where this was taken, certainly was as close to paradise as I've gotten, I still think this photo is an oxymoron.
