Flying over the deserts of Namibia was easily one of the coolest experiences of last year.
These images were edited using Luminar Neo and its new Colour Transfer Tool, which helps keep colours consistent across different landscapes and conditions. It was especially useful in matching the desert sand tones between aerial and ground shots.
I recently partnered with Luminar to create a quick YouTube video breaking down my editing process—check it out on my bio.

Life on Film

Over the last six months, my buddy Dan has brought his film camera along on several adventures in countries around the world.
Having this camera with us was so cool because it captured all the little moments in between—
The moments that we sometimes take for granted but end up being the most special.

Here are a few of those moments.

Postcards from Lapland

I’ve lived in Canada for most of my life and always thought it was a true ‘winter wonderland,’ but after my time in Lapland, I think my opinion has changed haha. This place seriously felt like you were driving through a Hallmark movie.
With the treacherous road conditions, this Volvo XC60 was a dream. Easily one of my favorite cars I’ve ever driven. Big thanks to for helping organize this.👌🏽

Landscapes of Indonesia
One of the most diversely beautiful places I’ve ever been. From lush jungle to volcanic mountains, this place is truly incredible.

Winter in Canada❄️
Although I hate the cold I think winter might be the most beautiful time of year in this country. There’s something about snow covered peaks that just stand out to me.
Stoked for the season🥶

Frames from the desert of Jordan

Honestly, no video or photo can do this place justice.
Located in the south of Jordan, Wadi Rum is a vast red sand desert filled with sandstone mountains stretching as far as the eye can see.
We spent five days exploring here, and it felt like we only scratched the surface of what it has to offer.
I can now see why this location is chosen for some of the best sci-fi movies out there.

Layered Cake
On one of our last days in Namibia, we were getting ready to leave our sunrise shoot when Dan and I spotted a ridge line between some massive dunes in the distance. Dan grabbed his 500mm lens while I ran out into the desert and started climbing. What began as a random shot turned into what might be my favourite photo from the trip.

Everything is connected.

From distant stars and galaxies to the patterns found on Earth and in animals, if you look closely, you may start to notice how these patterns repeat across nature.
From the leaves of plants to the incredibly detailed fur of a cheetah, these patterns can be found everywhere.

This is a collection of my favourite patterns I’ve encountered in this beautiful universe.

The ancient trees of Deadvlei
This is one of those places where, no matter how many times you’ve seen it on social media, nothing can truly prepare you for its beauty.

We spent three full sunrises here, trying to film and photograph as much as possible.
Normally, I love the chaos of chasing good light, but my favourite moments here were after the shoot—just lying on the clay pan, watching the sand dunes shift colours with the rising sun.
It’s truly one of the most remarkable places in the world.
