I am a big believer in celebrating the uniqueness, individuality and authenticity that we each hold. I know what you are going to say, "I could never" or "I'm too self conscious", I get it, truly I do. But let's just say for a moment that you took a chance, did something a little scary, something outside of your comfort zone. The foundation of Not Very Ladylike is built on being told for years tha

t I, myself, didn't fit into the mold. I was too loud, too big, had too many opinions, you know the story. I wanted to create a space where those exact stereotypes could be reclaimed and celebrated. So, if you are wanting to celebrate your body, yourself as you are now, in this moment. Let's chat. Let's talk about what that looks like for you, what it means. How you see yourself and maybe how you WISH you could see yourself. My goal is to make sure you are comfortable, confident and feel safe and heard throughout the entire session.
