Joe & Alyssa | A Dreamy Sunset Beach Session

Another one of the highlights of our photography retreat was spending the evening photographing this sweet couple, Joe and Alyssa.These two were kind, patient, and willing to try every pose and idea that our photographers suggested. Whether it was walking hand in hand along the shoreline, sharing quiet moments or laughing together as the sun sank on the horizon, they made every moment feel genuine.

We were all so happy with this beautiful setting on the Shuswap beach. This stunning floral arch provided by woodstock floral co. framed this couple perfectly. The sunset behind Joe and Alyssa, created the dreamy glow every photographer hopes for. It was a magical, fun evening for all of us.

Photography retreats are about learning, growing, and creating, and having models like Joe and Alyssa makes all the difference. Their willingness to work with each photographer allowed everyone to experiment with different compositions and posing.

A big thank you to them both for being such incredible models. Your kindness, easygoing personalities, and trust in us helped make this beach session a wonderful one. We hope you love these images as much as we loved creating them! kamloopscouplephotographer

It was such a privilege to capture this sweet girl Laura Noble (who I have known forever) and her husband Scott Richardson at their wedding reception! These two ran away and eloped, how romantic is that! But they still wanted to get together and celebrate with family and friends and I can see why!

It was a beautiful day not only with family and friends, but what made it especially touching was they were surrounded by the well wishes and love of those who couldn’t be there! This was evident in the beautifully painted rocks that were displayed everywhere... including one from Laura’s maternal grandmother from Lethbridge! It was a fun day, full of love and laughter... thanks for sharing your day with me Scott and Laura!!

Happiness is being able to capture a young woman that you have known since she was just a little one! This beautiful is an example of fun, sincerity and kindness wherever she goes. Zoe exemplifies compassion and is beautiful inside and out and it was an honour to photograph her at this momentous time of her life!
