I am incredibly proud and excited to share some BIG news for Serenity Baby Scans!
Serenity Baby Scans is now officially BBB Accredited and has earned an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau!
When I first received a call from the BBB, I’ll admit — I was nervous! But I soon learned they had been receiving inquiries about Serenity Baby Scans and wanted to learn more about our business, our practices, and the services we provide.
That conversation led to a full review of my business, including our policies, documentation, transparency, advertising, client practices, and commitment to operating responsibly.
And now I can officially say:

For a small, home-based business that I built from the ground up, this means so much to me.
Serenity Baby Scans was created to give families a warm, comfortable and special place to connect with their babies and create keepsakes of such a short and incredible chapter of their lives. From the beginning, I have also worked hard to be transparent about exactly what I offer: non-diagnostic, non-medical keepsake ultrasound sessions.
Receiving BBB Accreditation and an A+ rating is another way I can show families that when they choose Serenity Baby Scans, they are choosing a business committed to honesty, transparency, ethical business practices and exceptional client care.
