A few from my session with the beautiful Kaela from MCC media- a very talented up and coming videographer and photographer.
I loved capturing some branding photos and portraits for her, skilled behind the camera and works in-front of it 😮‍💨
She gave me creative freedom and I ran with not much idea where I was heading.
I love all the clients I get to meet within this photography journey, but I also love getting to connect with like minded creatives who offer encouragement and support, the photography world can be very cold and lonely.

I am so excited to finally be able to share this amazing news.. Forestland Photography is featured in every room in a local hotel.
I was approached by the new owner of a hotel in town, they were in the works on giving the building and rooms a complete face lift and wanted to feature some art from a western photographer. I genuinely thought this was a scam message, but I thankfully went against my gut feeling to discover this amazing opportunity. During my first chat with the owner I was told they had been searching for a photographer for awhile but found me and were ok with me taking time to get back to them because they wanted to work with me so badly - they loved my work. Phone calls, meetings, emails,different photo reviewed and here we are.
It still feels surreal. This is not something I ever even considered as a possibility of happening, it’s actually insane.
I have some greeting cards available at the front desk, and working on some other products to offer travellers.
Not only is this an incredible opportunity for me, but this team made this hotel a zero to hero and continue to invest into the community.
