Carl Roccia from Philadelphia randomly came across my concert photography work on Instagram ( ) and decided he needed to interview me for his podcast " First 3, no flash " which is the perfect name, for those who dont know, in the concert world, when you get booked to photograph a concert you get to photograph the first 3 songs of each band, and youre not allowed to use flahs.

Had a fantastic time chatting all things concert photography with Carl. This guy did such a deep dive into my history as a photographer and asked some really great questions.. I could have chatted for hours. If youre interested in listening to the podcast episode here's the link:

Captured a banger of a shot lastnight at the London Ontario 2026 Airshow during the Twilight Show. A mig-17 blasts across the evening sky, right through thr path of thr moon and its light as he banks back towards show center. Tracking and timing are what landed me this shot, not being in burst mode snapping 1000 frames and later picking out the shot.. thats not photography.. thats curating and editing ... ive said it for years.. reading the situation, being ready and waiting for the right moment to happen is what photography is all about. The pay off feels sooooo much better.

📸 LOOKING FOR A RURAL PROPERTY / PHOTO LOCATION

I'm looking for a private rural property in the Woodstock/Oxford County area for a small professional music photography shoot.

I'm specifically looking for a property with one or more of the following:

• Weathered barn or wooden outbuilding
• Wooden fence or farm gate
• Gravel driveway/road
• tall grass
• Old pickup truck/farm vehicle
• Weathered farm equipment
• Rustic rural surroundings

This is for a modern country/country-rock artist, so I'm NOT looking for a wedding venue or a staged event space. I'm looking for something authentic and rustic.

The shoot would be very small — photographer + one musician — and would only require approximately 1–2 hours.

If you own a rural property or know someone who might be willing to allow a small photography session, please send me a DM.

Thanks!

🔥 ONE NIGHT. 4 INCREDIBLE BANDS. THOUSANDS OF FANS. 🔥

After wildfire smoke forced the cancellation of the first two days of Rock the Park, many fans wondered if they would get their chance to experience one of the biggest music events of the summer. Thankfully, the final night delivered in a massive way.

From the theatrical horror-inspired spectacle of Ice Nine Kills, complete with actors, chainsaws, axes, fake blood, and unforgettable stage production, to the explosive energy of I Prevail, who brought the fire, the pyro, the circle pits, and a crowd that never stopped moving, every moment was pure adrenaline.

Then came the legendary Canadian rock giants Three Days Grace, closing out the festival with a powerful headline performance packed with hit after hit. The energy from the crowd was electric as both vocalists commanded the stage and reminded everyone why they remain one of Canada's most iconic rock bands.

But to start the night off... we had the hilarious comedy music act known as ... THE DAN BAND, which you may recognize from the movie "Hangover" & "Old School", who kicked off the night with some hilarious renditions of iconic songs matched with non-stop comedic dance moves and props.. they did not disappoint and they also did not fit in with the other 3 bands, however, the contrast in the music and the performance was priceless in the best way possible.

As a concert photographer, nights like this are the reason I love what I do. Being trusted to stand in the pit and capture these moments is something I'll never take for granted. Rock The Park continues to be one of my favourite events every year, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have been there documenting such an unforgettable night.

Here's a look back at an evening filled with music, fire, passion, and some of the most intense live performances I've photographed all year.

Some wedding days just seem to fall perfectly into place.

Last weekend I had the privilege of capturing Konrad & Melissa's beautiful wedding at the stunning Elm Hurst Inn & Spa in Ingersoll, Ontario. Surrounded by family, friends, laughter, and a few pre-ceremony cocktails, they exchanged their vows outdoors in front of the iconic fountain and historic mansion on a warm summer afternoon.

With rain and thunderstorms showing on the radar all day, we were keeping a close eye on the sky. Somehow the storm seemed to move right around us, leaving behind beautiful overcast skies and the perfect soft light for photographs. It couldn't have worked out any better.

After a heartfelt ceremony, everyone made their way to the Polish Hall in Woodstock, where family and friends gathered to celebrate the newlyweds. The hall looked absolutely incredible, and the evening was filled with great food, drinks, stories, laughter, and plenty of dancing.

I've known Konrad for many years. We went to high school together and worked together for a long time, so it was an honour to be trusted with documenting such an important day in his and Melissa's lives.

Congratulations to you both, and thank you for choosing me to capture these memories. Wishing you a lifetime of happiness, adventure, and unforgettable moments together.

❤️ Konrad & Melissa ❤️

Over the years I’ve been really lucky to work one-on-one with some incredible musicians, photographing the faces behind their music, singles, and album releases. Being trusted to help bring a visual to their sound is one of the parts of photography I’m most grateful for. Every project has been a reminder of how much I love what I do and how grateful I am for the opportunities I’ve had along the way.

Here's a look at some of the work we've shot to bring a "face" to the music.
