In addition to the eagles, the spawning salmon also brings the seagulls. This seagull was finding the salmon eggs very delicious. You can see an egg just in the tip of its beak. It was finding lots to eat. It also has some neat markings around its neck.

While it is a bit early for the large amount of Eagles in Harrison, I ventured out on a beautiful autumn day to see if there were any at the river. While there weren't a lot of eagles, there were enough eagles, fish, and herons, to keep me there. I noticed the markings on this juvenile as it was flying overhead. It was a fun day and I am looking forward to more trips out there.

Autumn is my favourite season. The morning was so nice, I just had to grab my camera and head out. I went out to find colorful leaves, scenery and any wildlife. I did capture lots of leaves, a couple of chipmunks and squirrels, and this image. I saw it, and knew and I just had to capture it. It is a simple dry leaf in a log, but it grabbed my attention. The full version on Facebook is more dramatic, at least to me.

I was standing beside a patch of lavender when I turned and there was this hummingbird. It didn't care that I was there. I slowly raised the camera and tried to follow the fast movement. I managed to get some good ones, and some very blurry ones.
