Dear Studio Verde Community,

After a lot of thought, I’ve made the decision to step away from ownership of Studio Verde as of September 1st.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but it feels like the right one for our family as we move into a new season of life.

As I sit down to write this, I’m finding myself looking back through years of photos, memories, and milestones. It’s hard to believe how much life has changed since the early renovation days. My kids, who felt like babies while I was painting walls, assembling furniture, and dreaming up what Studio Verde could become, have grown so much. In many ways, the studio has grown right alongside them.

The good news is that Studio Verde isn’t going anywhere.

I am happy to share that the studio will be moving into the hands of longtime preferred vendor and friend, Ericka. Ericka has been part of the Studio Verde community for years, understands the vision and heart behind the space, and is the perfect person to carry it forward. I truly couldn’t imagine leaving it in better hands.

Ericka will be accepting bookings beginning in September, and I encourage you to follow her and the studio’s next adventure over at Hamilton Photography Studio

One thing that isn’t changing is Sara Noah Photography. While I’ll be stepping away from ownership of the studio, I’ll still be photographing all of life’s beautiful milestones. You’ll still see me around the studio from time to time and if you’d like to continue following along with my photography work, I’d love for you to join me at Hamilton Photographer

In the meantime, we’re still here and booking for all of your summer studio rental needs. Nothing changes for current bookings, and we’d love to welcome you into the space throughout the season.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Studio Verde has been such a meaningful adventure, and I will always be grateful for the memories made within these walls.

We don’t enjoy writing posts like this, but after several recent incidents, it needs to be clearly stated:

Entering the studio before your booked time or remaining after your rental has ended is considered trespassing and theft of time. This is not acceptable under any circumstances - even if the studio appears empty.

If you require additional time, it must be booked in advance. If you are running late or need to extend your session, please contact the studio to confirm availability before assuming the time can be used. We genuinely appreciate those who already do this - this message is not directed at you.

Your rental must include time for your session, as well as setup and cleanup time. This is outlined and agreed to at the time of booking.

Food is not permitted on furniture. If snacks are brought into the space, all crumbs and mess must be cleaned before leaving. A broom and vacuum are available. Continued disregard for this will result in a no-food policy.

Please respect the space, the schedule, and the policies so we can continue offering a clean and professional environment for everyone.
