The golden rule we all learned as children really needs an upgrade. “Treat people the way you want to be treated.” Is just not the way to effectively lead a team. 🙂‍↔️

Let’s try “treat people the way they want to be treated.” … much better.

If you want to build a team of people who work well together, are happy in their workplace and genuinely respect you as a leader, the least you can do is take the time to get to know them. Understanding them = understanding how to guide them (and in turn your business) to success. Everyone wins!

Really though, I am so grateful that despite feeling like nobody understood me as a kid, I found my way and learned to deeply understand myself so that I could create the life that I’ve always dreamed of.

The people around you might not always see the vision, and let me tell you, they will ALWAYS have an opinion, but it’s up to you to advocate for yourself and stay true to who you are… I know my younger self is proud that we got here. 💞

More content isn’t the answer. Clarity is. 💡

I hear it all the time… “I just need to post more.” But when we dive deeper into it, it’s always so much more than that.

Quality over quantity is KEY. And content that is backed by strategy will always out-perform content that’s been posted just to check a box on the to-do list.

In the past couple years, I’ve helped more entrepreneurs with brand strategy than any other service I offer! And there’s a reason for that. Cookie-cutter templates, boring day-in-the-life videos and content without intention or personality just isn’t cutting it anymore.
