Okay, so I’m officially kicking off a little project that I’m VERY excited about! 🌊

Over the next couple of months, I’ll be photographing surfers from around Nova Scotia: cold-water surfers, longtime surfers, newer surfers, and all kinds of people who have found their way into this crazy, badass sport.

And I couldn’t have asked for a more fun person to photograph first than Maria! She’s a fellow photographer AND surfer, so getting to collaborate with another photographer who shares my love of the ocean made this one extra special 📸

Surfing has become something that’s really important to me and something I genuinely love doing. There’s just something about being out in the water that I can’t quite explain, and honestly, I think surfers are pretty damn cool.

I’m going to be building a dedicated space for this project on my website as it grows, and I’ll be sharing lots more photos and stories along the way.

This is just the beginning and I’m SO excited to see where it goes ❤️

E&J’s Wedding ended up landing directly in the middle of a heat wave - but we endured! And it ended up absolutely beautiful, stunning and such a special day ❤️

We had some fog that started to lift as the day went on - but I love a good foggy beach photoshoot 🥹

You guys 🥹This Wedding Celebration was SO energetic and so much fun.

The day started with special moments between mom & bride, after group photos everyone gathered as we watched the first dance, and by the end of the night everyone was jumping in the pool (off of the roof!!!!??)

Shout out to an amazing bride & groom who absolutely killed it. Shout out to Grampy & the fam. And shout out to extra fiery cousins who helped wrangle everyone for photos, ily 😉🔥

Also, taking my own BTS on my action 5 was NOT easy but at least I remembered this time lol!

Howww did I not get around to posting these yet?

This amazing fam are repeat clients, and reminds me why I love what I do. Watching children grow through the years, taking photos that will end up printed on walls, making people feel effortlessly beautiful… It is such an honour to capture these stunning families and their unique stories ❤️🥰
