Before I move on to blurb about the pic I am about to post I just want to say 'Thank you' to all who have taken the time to view, like and comment on my page. You really are a patient crew as I am not terribly diligent in posting, sharing and the like. I really am going to try to get a little better at this...fingers crossed hard ;)

Winter time is a great season for me...atleast once we get into it. I love the snow, the freshness of the air and all the wonderful activities there are to partake. On the creativity front, however, the struggle is real. I love fresh snow. But it seems like it always falls during the week when I have commitments that prevent getting out...and when the weekend arrives the rain has driven it away and all looks blah! This past weekend I decided no matter what I was taking the camera out. I am glad I did!

This little shed was a part of the landscape during my youth. Anytime I looked out the patio door to the bay beyond, this shed -old and weathering- was there. Never once did I look at it and think "there is beauty to be had here". I guess much of what we see with our eyes and soul changes as we get older. Many years later this little shed is magnificent in the afterglow of small rain storm.

Every rainbow leads to Somewhere.
