Just popping in with a little proof that I still leave the house and photograph people.
I know I go a little quiet on here sometimes (posting consistently and I have a complicated relationship 🤦🏻♀️), but I promise I’m still very much behind the camera capturing all the love stories.
I recently had the chance to photograph this engagement session for one of the couples whose love story I get to capture later this year, and it reminded me why these sessions are so valuable.
Engagement sessions give you a chance to get comfortable with your photographer, see how I guide you, and realize that photos can actually feel really natural and fun.
By the time the wedding day arrives, we’ve already spent time together, shared some laughs, and figured out what works best for you — which makes everything feel effortless.
And trust me… by the end of it, the “what do I do with my hands?” panic usually disappears pretty quickly. 😅
Honestly one of my favourite parts is watching couples go from “this feels awkward” to “wait… this is actually kind of fun.”
That part never gets old for me.
Ok bye.
