There’s something special happening down at the dock, and it deserves to be said out loud.

Watching local businesses grow from the ground up is one thing but seeing them come together, support each other, and create something that genuinely adds to the heart of a community… that’s different.

That’s what this new dockside coffee spot feels like.
The collaboration between Ground Up, Dockside Coffee Buoy, and Paige’s Resort & Marina isn’t just about coffee or location it’s about people who care deeply about where they live and the experience they create for others. It’s about early mornings, long days, risk, grit, and pride and then choosing to pour that back into the community.

And now it’s all come together in this beautiful little space by the water. Boats drifting in the background, that quiet coastal rhythm, and a place where people can gather, slow down, and just be.

Getting to capture this the energy, the intention, the setting feels like a privilege. These aren’t just businesses. They’re part of what makes this place what it is.

And honestly… it shows.
