As we get closer to the Kids Carnival, we want to introduce you to the amazing local businesses and people helping make this day possible - and we couldn’t think of a better place to start than with one of our carnival hosts, The Helpful Hippy ! 💜

Behind The Helpful Hippy is Sunny, who has been working alongside Facetastic Faces to help plan, organize and bring the Kids Carnival to life! 🎪

The Helpful Hippy is all about helping kids of ALL ages (yes, adults too! 😉) learn skills they can carry with them as they navigate the world around them.

🧘 Yoga & movement
🌿 Self-regulation techniques
💜 Mindfulness
🌈 Learning ways to understand and manage big feelings
✨ Building skills for calming, connecting and finding balance

Through fun, approachable activities, Sunny helps make these tools something kids can actually understand, practice and use in their everyday lives.

We are incredibly excited to have The Helpful Hippy not only joining us at the Kids Carnival, but helping make the entire event possible!
