Well, the 2026 Edmonton Comic and Entertainment Expo is officially donezo. Had a great time, met lots of new people and took a ton of shots. This is just a taste of some of the amazing cosplay I took pictures of, lots more to come in the coming weeks. Thanks to everybody who kindly let me take their pictures. Feel free to like, tag yourself or just take a look. Cheers!

PS: Once again Facebook won't let me mix videos and stills so I've put a very cute dance number courtesy of the young ladies at Arthur Murray Dance Studios into the first comment.

Day 2 of the Edmonton Expo is in the books. Saw so many incredible cosplays that I felt - so much, so little time. Shot a few videos of Spideys and Star Wars too. Woohoo!
Oops, turns out FB won't let me put video and photos together so the videos are in the comments.

A sneaky peek at Day 1 of the Edmonton Comic and Entertainment Expo 2026. A good time was had.

The last (and biggest) photo dump from Calgary Expo 2026. I feel bad that it's taken this long but at least it's here. Remember, feel free to tag yourself or even drop a comment if you like. Edmonton Expo 2026 --- here we come!

As the days draw closer for the Edmonton Expo, I'm gonna be photo dumping like crazy. Feel free to tag yourself or let your friends know if you see them in any of the pics.
By the way, there's some pretty gnarly knights in battle shots here. Just sayin...
Enjoy!

In honour of the upcoming Edmonton Expo, a very belated (thanks in part to my basement flood) photo dump from the 2026 Calgary Expo. Still have a ton of pictures left but thought it was time to get these out. Enjoy!

My next (and slightly tardy) photo dump from the Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo 2026. Friday usually kicks off with POW - the Parade of Wonders but because it was so damn cold, they called it off and instead had the "parade" on the steps of the BMO Centre. Fun was still had, just not as much as if there had been a REAL parade. Afterwards, I wandered the halls and found a cosplayer or two. Or two hundred...

Well, as promised, here's the first batch of Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo 2025. I didn't do as much shooting on Day 1 as I usually do but, trust me, I made up for it later. Hope you like, feel free to tag yourself in any shot you're in.
I'm also posting a few on my Instagram page ( https://www.instagram.com/russhewittphotography/ ) so feel free to check it out over there.

Well that's a wrap babies! Day four is done and so is the Calgary Expo 2026. Today I probably shot more than 300 photos and probably have a total of just under a thousand to sift through in the next little while. I'll start posting in a couple of weeks or so, maybe sooner. I want to thank all the great cosplayers who very kindly posed for me and made this year a ton of fun.
