🍜3 NEW VIETNAMESE SPOTS🍜
All opened late in 2025

🍜Westside
- Tasty Appetizers like fried squid and one of the few spots offering tapioca dumplings!
- Vermicelli was perfectly grilled and offer 5 color (ie 5 different toppings) $18-$23
- Bunbohue was flavourful and perfect spice level for me ($17-$18)
- they have a kids size pho option for only $9!! Perfect for parents who have little ones!
- Most comfortable and spacious of the 3

🍜Southside on Whyte
- Giant Shrimp spring rolls - nice to see this shrimp option!
- stone bowl beef rib noodle soup $24 - fall off the bone rib and super flavourful! My fave thing I would keep coming back for.
- large portions
- large variety of refreshing drinks. I had lychee green tea and it had real pieces of lychee in it!
- most busy of the 3 due to central location and tasty food. Wait time on weekend was over an hour! I went back on a weeknight and made resos.

🍜Northside
- stone bowl beef rib noodle soup is offered with Pho or BBH. I asked for BBH broth with Pho noodles $23
- vermicelli ($14-$16) - cheapest out of the 3 spots
- regular pho noodles ($15-$17)
- bit tight for larger groups as it’s smaller inside.

I enjoyed the food at all 3. Definitely steps up the Vietnamese food in YEG! They were all busy so expect slower service during meal times. Have you tried any of these new spots?? Which one was your fave?

🌊MUST Visit in VEGAS!! 🌺
is an immersive art experience where every room is photo worthy. [media/ad]
📍Located in the centre of the strip 3716 LV Boulevard South, suite 208. 10am-10pm daily. Budget 90 mins to 2 hours to walk through.

With 14 exhibits, from waterfalls, glowing lanterns, and blooming flowers. All your senses are engaged with light, sounds, and scent. Watch as magical creatures come to life.

The Garden Room has 4 impressive shows including the comeback of Musee D’Orsay and a limited time Christmas Feature until Dec 25th!!

Watch your drawing come to life on screen in the sketchbook room.

Finally end with an interactive tea experience.

I was in awe the whole time! Must visit in Vegas!

Parking valet parking $25 for first 4 hours. We parker at for $25 all day and spent the day in central part of the strip.

If you’ve been to the Windermere location, this one has a more upscale vibe with a lounge area for the perfect date night or girls night out. The other side still has the bright yellows and greens with booths for families or groups. They also have a separated room perfect for parties or events.

It’s the perfect spot to refuel after shopping!

✨🍜NEW Abura Soba spot in YEG🍜✨
just opened in on the second floor across from Simons (first in Canada)! Open 11:30am-9pm daily! [media/hosted]

They specialize in Japanese Abura Soba noodles (aka brothless ramen). They have pork, beef and chicken options and each bowl has their special Nagaiki sauce on the bottom.

They also have regular ramen soup and Donburi (rice bowls). The prices are very reasonable at $17-$19. Rice bowls are only $10!!

We enjoyed both the ramen soup and Abura Soba (brothless) ramen! Was flavourful and not too salty!

They will be launching their DIY noodles where the base is $10 and you can customize your toppings (up to 16 toppings!!)!

They will also be having Taiyaki for dessert soon!!

We tried:

🍜 Roasted Beef (brothless)
🍜 DIY Abura Soba with 15 toppings (brothless)
🍜 Spicy Tonkatsu (soup based)

Chicken karage
Takoyaki
Sunomono salad
Wakame seaweed salad

They will soon have their resos set up where you can put your name down and shop while you wait they will text you when table is ready. So happy to have a ramen spot in the mall for when I need a quick refuel after shopping!

🎄Holiday drinks include: mocktails (dirty ginger nog was my fave!), cocktails, lattes (gingerbread latte my fave), and other hot sips. they also have the tarts and other holiday goodies.

☃️Winter Flights - Pick any 3 within a flight (Prices range from $15-$17 per flight). Favourites are marked with *

🥣 Soup Flights: We tried Spicy Thai*, Tomato Bisque and Cream of Brocolli. These rotate weekly so there may be other flavours.

🍜Surf and Turf - Rich lobster 🦞 seafood broth. Includes shrimp and pork wonton, slice of pork belly and chicken
🍜Tori Chintan - Clean, Clear Light Broth. Includes slice of duck and chicken with a whole egg

I added a side of corn and an egg for the Surf & Turf.
I chose the Surf and Turf as I like a richer flavour!

They closed the space down for 3 days to prep and we were impressed. From the Santa seat covers and festive pillows, xmas trees, glittering arches, to twinkling lights. They even have a photo wall upstairs with props. They have a limited time Festive menu and their drinks are served in the cutest Xmas mugs!

Miracle at Old Yale runs from Nov 14–Dec 31 and includes Christmas trivia and music bingo, movie nights, brunch with Santa and live music!
