A couple of months ago, I photographed my first ever wedding! It also happened to be the wedding of two of my best friends!
I was definitely a bit on the nervous and anxious side, but also so honoured and excited that they had asked me to be their photographer.

I knew it would be a lot of work, especially it being my first wedding and photographing alone. Which I don’t think I was 100% prepared for. I was lucky to have an assistant/help from my main dude with the posing, gathering of the humans, fixing the minor things within the photos. Helping perfect the shots. And that helped me immaculately.

With all said and done, I am beyond happy with how the photographs turned out, for my best friends to be married and that I got to witness it!

Week four: from a high angle. I got the pleasure yesterday of photographing my bestie at the foundry room! Here's a sneak peak. Week eight: a bad habit. I say f**k too much unfortunately. So for whatever reason instagram wouldn't work properly for me and allow me to post. So here are the past two weeks photos!! Week two: clouds. I remember this day pretty well, I ventured different parts of Edmonton to go see a lovely Sofar show. The puddle was just reflecting the clouds so perfectly. Week three: the colour red. Roses I received on vday from my handsome man. They're drying up quite nicely, that's for sure. Red wine pairs nicely next to them. Week six: from a low angle. We were walking around Calgary and this back stairs just hit my eyes, screaming Photograph me! So I just walked down the alley laid down and started snapping away. It was quite relaxing. Week seven: eyes. Couples weekends ago, Trav got asked to dress as Jason for some engagement photos, and he's friend and the photographer, ever so kindly let me snap some of him. I've always been a fan of his eyes. Even in a Jason mask, I still get sucked into them.
