By no means am I a nature photographer in the way that you would typically see.

But I do enjoy all the birds in my backyard that eat up all this bird seed, make a huge mess and visit me every morning. 🐦

I do love taking photos of the flowers and growth around me and inspire me that look like little fairy hats or wear a whimsical friend would live. 🌿

The day I saw the yellow bird that reminded me of my friend. I went out and tried to take photos of my yard the best that I could with equipment that I currently have. 💛🐤

Thank you again to everyone for the feedback for building this set. I think going forward I will share the process as I go instead of just showing the end result cuz I had a lot more fun this time around!

In the end, I'm not able to share any photos of them together. However, the older sister said I can share some images of her, so I will do that when we're finished editing. They were such a fun sister duo and I really enjoyed my time building this set figuring out what worked and what didn't and working within the means of their comfort levels, as well as adjusting my posing for their needs.

They booked this session to celebrate their birthdays and it was just like a reminder that we never grow out of having fun, & loving fantasy!

One sister was more into the queen Vibe and armor and royalty. Whereas the other sister loved mermaids and that's why we added the pond.

As much stress that I add to myself of being" perfect" and comparing myself to others within the industry. But on the flip side, I need to remember that we're all creative and artists and we're never going to create the exact same outcome. So it's okay to ask for help and help others and it's always going to work out.

Help me decide the final choices to be made for this week's set design! 🌿

This set has actually been so fun to build and when I got the inquiry for the session I got very excited. It's going to be for two sisters who are celebrating their birthday with a fantasy photoshoot!

They told me that they do one every like 5 years and they've worked with a different photographer the last time and I'm just really excited that every fantasy shoot no matter who you book with is always going to come out different and I love that so much!

But my decision making and possibly doing too much I think is setting in. So let me know your opinion of what you think I should do for the final touches!

The remaining client closet items have been photographed, and ready for viewing. 🛍️
I was getting a few inquiries from men on marketplace and I'm not letting them come and shop one on one. So one of them today was shopping for his wife and it just got me I guess and I took the time today to photograph literally every single item that is left in the client closet for sale!

From Xs - 5xl and I can share the gallery off of my phone which is cool. So if anyone's still looking to shop I can send you pictures in your size. Just message me or I can also ship to you at your experience. Please help me sell the last bit of the items. 🛍️💖

Today I viewed our new home, it's different.
Different from what I've known before.
What I know now.

From living in Edmonton for 12 years to now moving. To a very small town. In less than 50 days away. With no neighbors nearby, and relearning how I'll be.

My brain was busy today, looking at all the new ways I can create, and make art.

Maybe I'll sell prints, create more self portraits, or more involved art. Maybe I'll finally start a YouTube channel, maybe I'll teach, sell mentorships, presets, or pick my brain sessions.

So many new things, new opportunities.

Then I remember images like these that I created 5 years ago with some of my closest friends from back home. It was a simple background, but I adore these images.

I'm excited for the art I will create, I hope you stick around to see. 🖤☺️

On the day of their wedding it was a huge thunderstorm! It was raining inside the pyramids 😬🌿🌱 Which was a little bit scary to see and concerning for the location.

But then... After their wedding inside the featured pyramid the skies cleared and we got the most gorgeous reflections!! Ahhh so pretty!!
Plus the gorgeous detail photos - always some of my favorites! 💍💙💜

More events here please, I loveee the ladies that I get to work with with events they host and I always have a wonderful time!
