Hello friends!

I have decided to permanently close my photography business.

My family is relocating to Quebec City this fall and we are so excited for our new adventure! But with that, it’s time to close this chapter … at least for the foreseeable future.

It’s been an honour capturing so many people’s memories and working with the wonderful YEG Photography community.

Hi! That’s me, with a toque too small for my head and a hundred memory cards full of images I’ve never posted 😅

I’ve been wanting to come on here for a while to give an update about where I’m taking my photography business - but the truth is, I have absolutely no idea! None. Zero. Zilch. I genuinely thought I would’ve figured it out by now, being the obsessive planner I am.

Here’s the thing - I love photography, I love taking photos of my amazing clients, I love traveling and seeing the world through my viewfinder. But your girl is busy! And tired. Omg so tired.

With two little kids at home, a full time corporate job (mat leave for now), and a totally unknown future, I’m taking a little pause for now. I won’t be booking anything for 2027 (unless you have the coolest idea for a wedding the please reach out anyway!) until I feel a bit more settled.

With all that said - do you think I should keep posting? If you want to see the work of a photographer who is taking a BREAK let me know 😆
