I think it’s only fitting to post my first “professional photo sessions” I ever did for my 100 post 🥳🎉🎊.

This is Hana. She is my bestie, we met in 2016 in Los Angeles. The city where the origins of my love for photography started.

Before we parted ways she found out I took my mom’s cannon camera (**reason for purchase** they wanted to capture my baby brothers birth and never used it agian after the event). But before leaving LA Hana made sure I put it to use.

One could say she saw something creative in me back then-or just really wanted a free headshot in LA- 😜 either way I couldn’t be more thankful. .xciv you a day one, real one. This one goes out to you homie.

Join Chef Shane for brunch on weekends or you can also try “ The flavours of the market x fine Indigenous cuisine” Wednesday evenings in the heart of Edmonton!

During this event, Shane gave us insights on his experience being a competitor on , the highs and lows it takes to get to a place to compete at that level. This was shared during a live cooking demonstration; everyone loved the duck he deliciously served up!

A lot of life has taken place between now and a decade ago but Lucas, your passion for people, view of the world and the wonder in your eye still remains. It’s a beautiful thing.
