A little something different 🤍

Last year, one of my brides trusted me with something I’d never photographed before: a private bridal session before her wedding.

We spent the afternoon laughing, listening to music and creating some really beautiful images together.

Afterwards, she told me she’d never felt more confident in her life.

I don’t think I’ll ever forget that.

It reminded me that photography isn’t always about documenting a moment. Sometimes it’s about giving someone the space to feel like themselves.

Looking back at these images still makes me smile.

They’re soft, elegant and completely her.

Since then, I’ve quietly created a private experience for my wedding couples who are interested 🤍

6 hours old and my great-grandfather chose chaos 😂. To this day, I wonder if he visited me at the hospital immediately after watching Cinderella and decided I looked like a certain charming, fluffy mouse. We’ll never know.

One thing I’ve noticed over the years is couples assume wedding photography has to mean 8, 10 or 12 hours of coverage.

But that’s not always the case.

These are the photos that will hit differently in a few years.

The lap snuggles. The dog piles. The way they cling to every word you say like you’re their superhero.

It feels completely normal when you’re in it. Like they’ll always be this little.

Thankfully, growing up doesn’t have to mean growing out of hugs.

I can confirm my 12-year-old still hugs me like this. He’s just considerably heavier now 😌
