I haven't just been photographing flowers and snails 😆 I've also been busy with the Adventure Biking Project again this year, through the fall, winter, and spring seasons. Lots of training, skills development, and tons of laughs.

Yes, I've actually been taking photos this year... I've just been much better at filling up memory cards than posting them here.

Today's little surprise: a tiny snail curled up for a nap inside a lupin. 🐌💜 A different type of portrait than I usually post, but what a lil cutie about the size of my pinky nail.

Maybe this is the nudge I needed to finally start sharing some of what I've been capturing.

I know it’s not weddings or portraits, but food photography comes with its own whole set of challenges and rewards. I’m just happy I get to help local businesses with their marketing — everyone deserves good photos of the work they put out every day.

And to the serious food photographers who might see this… don’t come for me and be a nitpicky buzzkill lol 😅

A quick update for my photography clients and friends 📷

Due to a very limited schedule this year, I won’t be taking portrait bookings for the 2026 season. I will only be booking a small number of short weddings and elopements. I'm sorry to everyone who had hoped to work with me on graduation sessions and family portraits!

If anything changes and I’m able to open portrait sessions later in the year, I’ll be sure to update everyone. Thank you so much for your continued support — it truly means a lot!
