A recap of our day at

The weather was absolutely perfect, and our meal at the King’s Head Inn was delicious. Of course the main attraction for all of us were the critters - the kids and I are pretty sure we need to add pigs and cows to our funny farm.

So many birds around this year, and luckily many seem to be sticking near by and not just passing through unlike other years, including this American Redstart.

My lifestyle, and the number of things we have on the go, are more than likely attributed to the ADHD that runs throughout my family but it is a blessing.

While never ending projects and burnout are real, what keeps us going is the life and experiences we are providing to our growing children, and mornings and moments like this - so blessed to live where we do in the heart of nature.

You may have noticed the adoption of a new name is taking place for my photography social media pages, I felt a change was needed to reflect where 99% of the photos I share are taken, and where 100% of my heart resides.

I hope this page can help inspire people to enjoy the life along our little river and increase appreciation for what we have; these days the threats are real: urban sprawl, subdivisions, littering & dumping, forest fires, and the threat of a “fast track” to the development of the Sission Mine.
