Ce soir, le mental a gagné ! 🧠💪

J'ai hésité pendant une heure avant de bouger, mais j'ai honoré mon Leg Day. Même vidé au départ, la discipline a pris le dessus. Au programme : un gros volume sur la Leg Press (5x20 à 180 lb), du squat guidé léger et contrôlé pour protéger mon genou gauche, et une grosse finition sur les mollets à 370 lb. On ajoute à ça du Leg Curl et le combo abducteurs/adducteurs à 100 lb pour détruire les cuisses. Pas d'abdos ce soir, j'ai écouté mon corps et c'est parfait ainsi.
