Hey y’all
As much as I hate to do this, unfortunately for the time being any video orders will now have to be prepaid before events or else they will not be captured.
Mistakes and Errors happen from a photo/videographer standpoint and I have never asked anyone to pay for something that they’re not happy with, however, tracking down payments after videos have been received and then a lot of the time posted on social media without payment has become too much of a burden to justify the cost.
Our goal has always been to capture a memory everyone can afford, I’m sure at some point I’ve told you I never want to increase the price of our videos and sitting through full events, capturing, organizing and sending videos that all of you enjoy is a great feeling, but fighting and arguing for payment is not.
We don’t need sympathy, just accountability.
