Sky Noton was born and raised in South Africa and over the past few years has travelled to a number of countries while living on three continents, Australia, Africa and Canada. Sky now resides in Cochrane, Alberta and is pursuing her dream of professional photography. As photographers, we’re trained to see the potential in a scene long before anyone else does. We look past the harsh light, flat colours, and distractions because we already know what the final image can become.

Photography isn’t finished when the shutter clicks, it’s only halfway there. The editing process is where years of experience, artistic vision, colour theory, and attention to detail come together to create something that feels the way the moment actually felt.

I’ve had so many proposals lately (and so many more coming), and one thing I keep hearing is:
“How does this even work?”
