I will absolutely travel for your family photos! Especially if I can visit a friend who has a lake house around the corner :P Often families live in all different areas and it gets super hard to get everyone together for a family photo. The solution? Throw a party, invite everyone, and then have me show up at some point to wrangle everyone into a group shot! We even managed to ship some prints and an album long distance :D If you are tossing the idea around, shoot me an email. I love a challenge!

I had 5 nephews and nieces get married in one year (one is coming up yet in September), so it has been a CRAZY year!! Lucas & Kyrah got married on a beautiful summer day in Chilliwack at a church in South Abbotsford, and then held their reception at the adorable Hazel Creek Farms. We couldn't have asked for a better day, and I'm so happy for them!!

Jamieson's family used to live next door to us, and we miss them dearly! When Jamieson's mom reached out to me asking if i would be willing to shoot his prom photos, I was a HECK YES! It was so awesome to reconnect, and it's crazy to think that my kiddo will be in this spot next June!!

Absolutely love watching this little family grow! We had the best time exploring District 1881 in the morning, before the masses showed up. Hidden little pockets of light, fun backgrounds and so many ways to frame your subjects! And we can't forget the ants - they were fun to watch too :P Always a pleasure Windells!!

I've known this sweet human since she was a wee one - she and my oldest went to school together for many years, and her incredible mama was my kid's EA for most of them!! Hard to imagine our babies getting to this stage... So proud of you Season!! You are such a beauty, inside & out

My nephew married the love of his life yesterday, and we couldn't have designed a more perfect day!! The forecast was calling for rain and possible thunderstorms, and these two had committed to an outdoor ceremony :P It was coming down in BUCKETS on my way to the ceremony venue and I just laughed and figured it would be unforgettable! It was definitely unforgettable, but the weather cooperated in spectacular fashion. I'm so thrilled for these two!!

Overall, Laura & Jesse's day was just INSANE, in all the best ways. In the grand scheme of life, I know that the decor and vibe doesn't matter, but they killed it, ok? It's worth mentioning. The florals, the venue, the dress, the paper goods... sooooo beautiful!! And these two are just so stinking cute together. They deeply care for each other and it shows. So so blessed to be a part of this one, and can't wait to share more!!
