I love flannel jammies, a good cup of hot chocolate ( oh did I mention that I'm a chocoholic ) my Friends , Family and Jesus ….. which I really should have mentioned first because without Him all of this means nothing. before I'm home from one I'm planning the next. I have been a "photographer" my whole life…. My first SLR was a Pentax when i was 16 and I've never loved doing anything more then

capturing LIFE! I starting shooting professionally in my 20's but stopped after my 2nd daughter was born. Now that my kids are almost grown it's time to do what I'm called to …. I LOVE photography, meeting new people which in many cases have turned into friends, the creativity and learning … there is always something new to try. So in a nut shell that's just a bit about me … looking forward to the future.

When Melissa messages me about a university grad session with her family I was envisioning her with her siblings and parents …… not a women with her own 5 children married to her highschool sweetheart who they had already put through university while raising these babies!
This family is an inspiration to anyone that’s doing something hard while doing something else that’s hard!
Congratulations Melissa on your nursing degree but even more for raising 5 wonderful children at the same time 🤩

These are the “good old days” where everyone is under one roof … there are many chaotic, busy, feels like there are not enough hours in the day kind of days but what would I give to just have one more….. but with this older, wiser maybe even more patient eyes 🤍

A couple years ago this location was top of every grads list … I think I was there 5 times per week … and I bet it will back on everyone’s favourite list after seeing Lauren’s session 🤩
