Little Life Update 🤍

It has been a minute since I did one of these and normally I carry them out through my Instagram Story but figured it was easier to type it all out in a post with my face!
As some of you may have noticed if you have been following me for some time that my page has gone a little quiet. Infrequent posts, mainly stories and liking/commenting on stories and posts of others. However, nothing showcasing what I have been up to.
Well, let’s just say it has been a whirlwind! 🌪️

Firstly, after 4 years of being with my current full-time job, I have decided to take on a new position elsewhere in my community! Definitely was not expecting this on my 2026 bingo card!
As of June 1st I will hold a different position that holds so many new opportunities and unknowns but, I am beyond excited for this new chapter in my professional career.
With that being said my photography schedule may shift due to the commitment my new job requires of me. This means limiting my already limited availability which although saddens me, means I can better determine my schedule in advance and take the time to accept inquiries that align with me and my art. 🤍
There will be more details about all of this soon so keep an eye out on my stories!

If that wasn’t an update enough I have also been struggling with my health. This year I determined I wanted to take charge of my health and make changes that were obtainable and achievable.
Long story short I joined a 12 week program that changed my outlook on what I thought I knew about health. I changed my diet and relationship with food, incorporated more exercise and more meaningful quality time with those I care about.
I was also able to meet one-on-one with a specialist who confirmed I have Insulin Resistance and Chronic Inflammation. (Meaning alot of my symptoms day to day were not psychological or unspecified afterall)!
This itself has been rewarding to have an answer to how my body felt and why my mind was not working 100%.
