To say that we've had some interesting weather recently, is well, quite the understatement!!! Some times the weather tries to rip your house apart, and other times it stays civil and makes for some really beautiful pictures! Thankful for some pretty shots with the sky south of Oxbow on Saturday night for Rachel's session. (Although I had more ticks on me that night than I have in the last 3 years of doing grad sessions combined!)

What a beautiful location for Rachel's session with her family last night! She wanted an evening to capture her family, as well as with her 4H heifers and her horse. The sunset was really pretty and we got some fun ones with her animals too!
Tonight we head back out to a different location for photos of just her, and here's hoping we get a good stormy sky and not an actual storm! lol Gotta love the unpredictable prairie weather, eh?!

Super fun session with Parker and his es**rt, Autumn! From his awesome purple shoes to the amazing purple sky!
We started by the river with soft, warm summer light, and ended up with a stunning sunset over the prairie to end it off. Lots of laughs as he and his long-time bud shared in this special session together.

Beauty followed us from the beginning of the evening at her favourite rock by the water, right to the glorious, jaw-dropping end. What a fabulous and fun session with Autumn and her es**rt, who have been buds since forever. (I will post his Sneak Peek next.)
Autumn's midnight blue dress was absolutely stunning and I truly cannot capture fully how beautiful and shimmery it is in real life.

Tonight I'm heading out to do a double grad session near Melita, so I thought I'd post a second sneak peek tonight for two beautiful grads, just because I can.

The more I edit this session, the more I realize how hard it is to choose favourites. I have waaaay too many faves!
When you do a Grad Casual session with me, you choose a couple outfits and locations, and that gives you a wide variety of photos in your gallery. You're encouraged to bring some items with you that represent who you are and what you're passionate about - like sports, music, reading, games, pets, rodeo, you name it! Want to haul a full-size piano to the river at sunset - You betcha! Saddle up your horse and get amazing silhouette shots - Absolutely! Favourite book, car, sword or chicken - bawk bawk yes! I'm up for anything!
I'm booking 2027 Grads now - fall casual sessions and spring sessions.

A beauty of an evening with beautiful Carnduff grad, Andee! Used to all things farm and rodeo, this gal was up for anything, with some really pretty locations on their land. (From the calm scene here, you'd never know there was a whole herd of cows bellowing at us just over that hill! lol)
Can't wait to share one more from this session, as we passed from golden hour into blue hour.... stay tuned!

I got to watch Owen play a lot of Volleyball the last two years when my son was on the same team, but first time seeing him in a suit. Very snazzy. That blue matched his eyes perfectly!
