I generally don’t lean into themes in my studio. But I am always open to clients bringing props that are meaningful to them and incorporating them into a session. A questionnaire will be sent when booking that will walk through what you are hoping and dreaming for to create the best gallery for you and your family. This gives me time to plan safe and artful ways to add items that will be meaningful to you!

What a hot weekend! Our small town just enjoyed the fair. It was an amazing weekend. Thank you to all of the volunteers that made the weekend great.
My little prairie studio is humming with sessions right now. Celebrating new life… birthdays and family connections. I am booked up for the summer but will be taking on sessions for September and on into the fall.

There is a little bit of magic in a photograph.

As a newborn photographer, I get to bottle up tiny moments before they flutter away… the sleepy sighs, curled up toes, and the sweetest new beginnings.

Years from now, these little keepsakes will gently whisper, “Remember this?” And just like that, you’ll be right back in the wonder of it all. ✨🤍

Wow! It’s been incredibly windy… I know this isn’t baby or photography related (well it kind of is… this babies dad is a firefighter) but a huge big thanks going out to all of the firefighters in our area working overtime keeping everyone safe!
A fallen branch on a hydro wire caused some concern in our neighbourhood last night… with the wind it really could have turned out so differently if it hadn’t been for great neighbours and a super team of firefighters showing up on the scene!

Women were never meant to do life alone. There’s something powerful about women from different generations lifting each other up… younger women looking to those ahead of them for wisdom, direction, and strength, while older women look to the next generation for fresh perspective, inspiration, and renewed hope.

The strongest communities are built when experience meets energy, when advice is shared without judgment, and when encouragement flows both ways. We all have something to teach, and we all have something to learn. 💛
