Prancing Paws Pet Photography Offering pet photography services in North Bay and surrounding area. Prancing Paws Pet Photography was born out of my love of taking photographs of my own pets.

Prancing Paws was a nickname I had for my rescue dog EmJay. EmJay was an epileptic with a very special love for life. Due to a genetic disorder, she "pranced" as a way to keep her balance. She was very lovingly referred to as " miss prancy prancerson". When she passed in 2015, I knew I wanted to help others capture life's special moments with their pets. As everyone knows, I havent advertized or made my photo business a priority over the last few years. Life is what it is (busy!) and I’ve been taking time for me. HOWEVER, there are a few people who could always ask for my help and get it without a second thought.

Well hello Stud Muffin! ❤️ If I had to write Tucker m his own dating profile I’d say- he’s goofy, is an excellent singer and takes treats like a gentleman. He enjoys long walks, new smells and nice trees to p*e on!

Do you know what it's like to hang out with a 17 year old dog who doesn't give a darn about anything?
Roxie reminds me of a 100 year old grannie, out for a ride on a motorcycle side by side with a handkerchief on her head....living life 100% to the fullest! She's got not teeth and an I don't care 'tude about it all! I just love her to pieces.

I started prancing paws in 2017 and she was one of my first. I just love her (and her fam jam) to pieces!

The last few years have been beyond topsy turvey for me. A lot of change, finding “new” normals, saying a lot of hellos and grieving many more goodbyes. Many of you aren’t just clients, but friends and family, and while I’ll keep my private life private - I want to say thank you to every one. Your pups, kitties and goats bring me so much joy. With that being said, I feel like I’m finally ready to commit to my photography again. I will be keeping my schedule light, but I’m excited to get back to doing something that brings light to my life. If you are looking some fall photos, please reach out. I’ll be doing mini sessions throughout October (November if the weather holds) to ease back into it! If you are interested please message me!

This upcoming Sunday marks another year of helping out the Pet Valu Walk For Dog Guides North Bay! I hope to see you all there! This year, I'm hoping to financially help out a little more! Every dollar helps another person be connected with a much needed and appreciated Dog Guide.
