I am up to my eyeballs in editing these days, but I just had to post some sneak peeks of this little cutie pie's birthday session from last week! She makes me smile. 🥰

My Fall schedule is booking up and availability is extremely limited. Another year has flown by and this sweet girl is turning FOUR! 🤯😍
Had the best time with Moira celebrating HER for her annual birthday photo session. Here are a handful of my favourites. 🥰

The only thing that sucks about doing extended family sessions at their family cottage is meeting some seriously amazing people that you end up wishing lived closer! 😭❤ Ugh, my heart. I loved this session so much. It was amazing to meet you all, Brown Family, and I hope this becomes an annual tradition for your bunch!

There is one particular lighting situation that I hope and dream for any time I have a session scheduled at the beach. For Brittany's maternity session last night, Mother Nature understood the assignment! 😍 Not only did we get THE most perfect sky that had me so excited the entire time, but just as we were finishing up, the sky opened up and gave us the most gentle drizzle, giving this Mom & Dad-to-be the most perfect opportunity to dance in the rain while documenting one of the most special times in their lives.

I cannot wait to meet their new baby in the next few months. Thank you for choosing me to be part of this story, Mom & Dad, I hope you love these sneak peeks as much as I do. I can't wait to show you the rest! 🥰😍

Piper - you were an absolute dream to photograph this week! 6 whole days of teensy weensy squishable perfection. I cannot wait for your Mama to see more from your session! 🥰❤

A reminder to anyone expecting a baby this summer - I have room to take on one more due date for newborn portraits. Make sure to book in before baby arrives so I can hold a spot in my calendar for you!

Newborns are best photographed in their first few weeks of life (my ideal is up to 21 days, but of course life happens and accommodations can always be made for beautiful photos even if you miss that window.)

I have been a professional newborn photographer for over 15 years now, specializing in posed studio newborn portraits - if you're on the fence about booking and have any questions at all about the process or advice on how to choose the best photographer for you, I am always more than happy to answer them for you. Graduation Season is in the air! I had so much fun working with Lucy last week to celebrate this special milestone in her life.

I think I have been photographing this diva every year since she was 2? At this session, I said to her: "Do you remember when you were so scared of me, the first time you came here for photos?" and she said "Yep! But not anymore!" 🥰🥹

Thanks you, Mama, for choosing me again and again. I love watching your girls grow!

Over the years, as parents, we celebrate so many milestones with our kids. First teeth, first steps, first birthday, first day of school... last day of school... Time got away on me and, somehow, I didn't realize how many milestones had come and gone and that the big one we have been working towards all his life so far was creeping up on us.

Less than two weeks from now, my son graduates high school and my mom heart can hardly handle the walk down memory lane I've been doing looking through old photos from when he first started school to now.

Everyone says time goes by fast, don't blink, enjoy it while it lasts - and that used to annoy me, but I get it now.

He might not be a kid anymore, he might be a young man now, but in my mind and in my heart he will always be my baby. 💖😭

This newborn session was a special one.

Baby James doesn't know it yet, but I first met his mom when she was about the same age as my own teenage daughter is now. Over the years, I photographed her family, watching everyone grow, change, and create a lifetime of memories together.

And now, all these years later, it was her turn to walk through my studio doors with a newborn baby of her own.

Being trusted to capture James's tiny features, sleepy snuggles, and brand-newness for his family to remember forever was such an honour. Moments like this are a beautiful reminder of just how quickly the years pass and how precious these memories become.

That said... when I realized I was photographing the baby of someone I once photographed as a child, I felt both incredibly honoured AND a little bit elderly at the same time. 😂

Also, can we all just pause for a moment and agree that Grandparents way back in my day didn't look nearly as 🔥 as these two grandparents do!? 😍

Welcome to the world, sweet James. My heart was full meeting you and your big Sister. I can't wait to watch you grow! ❤️
