This is why it’s so important to have a call before booking your wedding photographer.

A portfolio shows you the work. It doesn’t show you if you’ll actually get along on the day. You’re spending 10-12 hours with this person — the call is where you find out if it’s the right fit, long before the big day arrives.

I always do a call with every couple before they book. No pressure, no sales pitch — just a conversation, to make sure it’s a good match on both sides.
