This is the final volume of Narrative, and the finale to my three-part series.
These photo sessions asked more of me than I expected, and I gave it anyway. I gave my time, my creativity, and my emotional capacity. I pushed the edges of my comfort zone and held these stories with care. This project changed me not only as a photographer but also as a woman, and I am deeply thankful for every moment of effort it required and for what a beautiful thing it become.
One of the many unexpected gifts of this series was connection. Taylor came into this volume as a subject and left as a friend, and I am so grateful our paths crossed. She has a heart as beautiful as she is, and is a testament of stepping into womanhood with nothing but grace.
To every woman who showed up vulnerably, shared her story, and stood in front of my lens, thank you. To everyone who supported this work, quietly or loudly, from the beginning or somewhere along the way, I feel nothing but gratitude and humility for the trust I was given to tell these stories.
Thank so much you for being here.
Taylorโs words are below โ
โThis chapter of my life would be called โBecoming the Woman I Always Hoped Iโd Beโ. It feels like arrival. Iโm a mama, a wife, and a woman building a life that finally reflects who I am. My hands are full, my heart is fuller, and every day I feel myself growing into the version of me I used to dream about. This is the season where everything begins to align, softly, intentionally, and beautifully.โ
