Siblings who show up, show off, and still crack each other up mid-shoot. 💃🏾❤️

This session was part of a full family portrait day with all five members — parents and three adult kids — but these three together? Pure energy. One minute perfectly polished, the next sticking tongues out at each other like no time has passed since they were kids.

Grown-up siblings who still act like siblings are some of my favourite people to photograph.

Who said crying babies are not cute? 🥹❤️

Sometimes the cutest photos happen in the middle of a little meltdown. A new place, new people, a new position… and suddenly those tiny tears make an appearance. 😅

But honestly, I love capturing these moments too. The little pout, the tears, the tiny hands, the “I am NOT okay with this” face — they are all part of this stage that goes by way too fast.

Not every photo has to be a perfect smile. Sometimes the real moments are the ones you’ll treasure the most. 🤍

One of my favourite things about preschool photo days is taking sibling photos. I love how they feel safe and happy to be with each other ♥️ Sometimes when a kid is too shy to pose for a photo, I ask the teacher if he or she has a bestie in the class. Kids always cooperate and start enjoying their time in front of the camera when they are with their friends.
